Arrive in Hanoi, the modern capital of Vietnam, you will be transferred to your hotel. You will have free time to get refreshed, explore the city on your own. Overnight in Hanoi. Notes: the official check-in time at hotel is from 14h00

On the outskirts of Hanoi, Bat Trang is a traditional handicraft village specializing in ceramics. Here you will visit a local workshop to interact with the craftsmen and observe the complete production cycle, from shaping, decorating and firing. The Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday) gives an excellent overview of the country’s ethnic groups. The large outdoor area features genuine houses and compounds as built by the many different ethnic groups. Explore the Old Quarter, a place you must see to experience Hanoi. Here you will find shopping and cultural / historical sites all wrapped into one. Located at the heart of the city, Hoan Kiem Lake is a historical site and one of the symbols of Hanoi, with Tortoise Tower and Ngoc Son Temple on the lake’s two islands. You will close your day by attending a wonderful performance of Water Puppet Show Overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast, travel overland to Ha Long bay and embark the cruise upon arrival. Halong bay is definitely an outstanding natural beauty which has been well known not only in Vietnam but also worldwide. The rock formations are wonderful with variously shaped islets which many of them containing fabulous caves full of colorful stalactites and stalagmites. The caves, floating villages, beaches are really indispensable to a complete trip. Your trip will commence with an extravagant welcome seafood lunch while the boat is navigating around the magnificent islets reflecting in emerald water to reach a floating village where the locals live on fishing offshore or raising fishes in cages. Especially, the cruise boat would take you to the best cave in Ha Long bay, Sung Sot or Surprising cave before a short walk on a beach from which you can do a moderate exercise by taking four hundred steps to reach island’s top for panoramic view of the bay. Keep cruising around the bay for further discoveries of the fantastic natural beauty. Your brunch is served before disembarking the cruise ship at about noon. Drive back to Hanoi. Free at leisure for further exploring the city. Overnight in Hanoi.

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy your free time before transfer to the airport to catch the morning flight to Danang, the largest central city in Vietnam. Upon arrival in Danang you will be met and transferred to Hoi An. In the afternoon you will go on a guided walking tour of Hoi An, a former trading post of seafaring Chinese, Japanese and Portuguese merchants, a center for traditional architecture, tailored clothes and beautiful modern art. Join a lantern making class to create your own Hoi An lantern. Discover your inner skill and keep your handiwork as a souvenir of this beautiful Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

We start the day by cycling to Tra Que Organic Vegetable Village, where local farmers work their organic gardens in century old tradition. At a Tra Que’s Family Houses we will run a cooking class where you will learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food from scratch. After the class you will savor the delicious dishes you have prepared. Overnight in Hoi An.

A morning flights gets you away from the coast and flies you to Dalat located in the central highlands. At arrival you get introduced to the landmarks of this cool climate little town. Visit Dalat’s colouful market features locally-made specialties such as artichoke tea, candied fruits, coffee and the finest cool climate vegetables and flowers in Vietnam. Visit the former summer residence of Vietnam’s last emperor, Bao Dai and the old train station that features an old steam train still in use until today. Overnight in Dalat.

Today you are headed to the coast at Mui Ne. Jump on your bicycle as you will get over 900 meters of descent on this 90+km ride to Mui Ne as you wind through pine and jungle forested valleys into the tropical climate below. The ride goes through small minority villages jungle forested valleys to the beautiful beaches below. The first section of riding is through coffee plantations and forest and includes a 5 kilometer uphill climb to get you warmed up. This is followed by plenty of down hill and rolling sections. A final long down hills pass is completed before the road flattens out with a long cruises to Highway 1, where the ride ends the way to Mui Ne. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Enjoy some refreshing days at the beach. There are several option excursions that can also be arranged directly on spot or maybe you want to challenge yourself in wind or kite surfing in this world class PWA spot. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Have breakfast at the hotel, enjoy your free time until transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city (former Saigon) Overnight in Saigon.

After your final breakfast in Vietnam, you are free to do some last minute shopping and exploring before transferring to the airport for your return flight. ENDS OF SERVICES.
