In order to expedite and simplify the entry process into Cambodia, the General Department of Immigration has developed a new system. All travelers (Tourists, Expats and Cambodians) are required to submit the Cambodia e-Arrival Card within 7 days before arrival through a mobile app or the website: https://arrival.gov.kh/
The app process comprises of the following steps:
1. Registration: Travelers register by taking a photo and uploading their passport information.
2. Complete e-Arrival Card: This replaces the old paper immigration, health and customs declaration forms.
3. QR Code: After completing their application, a QR code will be generated. Travelers should save this QR code on their phones or present a printout to be submitted to immigration.
If travellers fail to go through the process, tablets will be provided at immigration so that visitors can go through the process.
