Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok and transfer to The Thai House.

An introduction to Thai herbs and spices

Appetizer: Larb Moo (A spicy Thai pork salad)

Soup: Tom Yam Kung (Hot and sour prawn soup)

Luncheon Dish : Phad Thai (Thai fried noodles)

Main Dish: Kaeng Ka-Ri Kai (Yellow chicken curry), Paneang Nua (Coconut Beef Curry)

Dinner and accommodation.

 

Back to the Thai House for breakfast and start the morning class.

* Tom Khaa Kai (Coconut and galangal soup)

Phad Phrik Khing Moo/Kai (Savoury stir-fried pork or chicken with long beans)

Kaeng Kai Sai Normai (Chicken in red curry with bamboo shoots)

Kaeng Kheo Waan Neua (Green Beef Curry)

P.M. Taste your dishes then transfer back to hotel in Bangkok.

* Notes: The Thai House is situated 22 kms. from Bangkok and can be easily accessed by road or river transportation. The trip by river or land can be made within an hour’s travel time from the city. Guests to The Thai House are met at the Bangkok hotel by an English-speaking guide at approximately 08:30 for the transfer by van or boat. The return trip back to Bangkok will be by van and the estimated time of arrival at the hotel is 17:00.
